DEFAULT EQUIPMENT ON BOARD

The CBR crimping machine is the only machine on the market with the following provided as factory-default:

• A safety system that prevents hand injuries, even accidental ones, thanks to sensors that detect the presence of elements between the plates with a thickness greater than 4 mm
• A central plate stroke of 350 mm sliding on recirculating ball pads for maximum accuracy and almost no maintenance
• Descent of the central plate performed automatically or by operator-controlled steps
• Adjustment of the central plate descent speed
• Movement of the side plates on recirculating ball pads for maximum accuracy and almost no maintenance, which leads to an excellent end result
• Micro-metric adjustment of the side plates
• Easy and quick plate replacement through connectors for electrical heating hook up
• Pressure adjustment of the side plates and template under visual monitoring at all times
• Easy and quick replacement of the template rubber profile;
• Digital touch screen programming device for all the machine functions such as:
• Central plate stroke
• Automatic or pulse mode selection of central plate descent
• Management of individual plate temperature

• Special programs to perform more than one springing in sequence
